Vancouver Motivated Sellers List

Vancouver Motivated Sellers list provides weekly up to date information on motivated sellers right to your email box. The list is created via a comprehensive search within the Vancouver MLS Database. Once you sign up you will receive the full comprehensive list. You will then receive further updates weekly. If you are keen and would like to receive updates as soon as the listing has hit the MLS system be sure to check the automatic notification box.

Finding Motivated sellers can be a challenge. You still need to do your due diligence in finding a good deal. If you find a property that interests you and would like further information be sure to contact me as soon as possible, because rest assured there will be others interested as well.

Finding a good deal involves:

Buyer CMA: Comparative Market Analysis of the subject property. Is the property being offered at or below comparitive sales in the area.
Assessment Value. Is the property being offered above or below the tax assessed value
Ownership Interest. What exactly is being offered for sale? Is the ownership leasehold, freehold, or shares in a coop?
Market Direction. Is the market a sellers market or a buyers market. In the context of sales are recent sales completing at list price, above list price, or below list price.
